A Rich Calendar of Sustainability Insights
The programme features a wide range of conferences, seminars, and meetings that explore the latest developments across various strategic sectors of sustainability. Here are a few highlights.
- Particular emphasis will be placed on the conference “Best Practices in Circular Economy for WEEE, Battery Waste, and Packaging Waste: From Regulatory Developments to the Presentation of Industrial Cases,” organised by the Technical Scientific Committee of Ecomondo and Erion. This session will focus on optimising waste management and the opportunities presented by new regulations (Packaging Regulation, Battery Regulation, CRM Act, and the revision of the WEEE Directive) while exploring the best practices in circular economy.
- As part of the thirteenth edition of the States General of the Green Economy, there will be a thematic session titled “Trends in Urban Waste Management and Updates on Regulatory Developments for Local Authorities,” curated by Green City Network and CONAI (National Packaging Consortium).
- To further enrich the programme, an event on Critical Raw Materials is scheduled to assess the establishment of the first platform for the circular economy of rare raw materials.
