Omnia Technologies Acquires Acram

Omnia Technologiesa platform for automation and bottling technologies, continues its growth with the acquisition of Acram, a Verona-based company specialising in microfiltration and measurement systems for the beverage industry. This acquisition not only enriches the group's technological portfolio but also paves the way for new commercial synergies through Omnia's global network.

Acram, which generated 7 million euros in revenue in 2023 with approximately 40 employees, will strengthen Omnia Technologies' Components and Plants division, which combines the expertise of top specialists in microfiltration, cap orientation, packaging, and end-of-line solutions for integrated, efficient, and sustainable production management. This includes energy savings and process optimisation, which are key elements of the company's policy. The acquisition will also enable Acram's products to be promoted through Omnia Technologies' international network, creating important commercial synergies.
