Fruit Logistica, one of the world's leading trade fairs for the fruit and vegetable sector, which takes place in Berlin from 7 to 9 February, will focus this year on the latest trends and developments in the sustainable supply chain. Robopac Machinery will be attending the event to showcase its stretch film wrapping solutions and technologies that aim to reduce the impact of the entire production chain while increasing production efficiency.
It starts with Robot S7, a self-propelled machine that wraps and stabilises palletised loads of all shapes, sizes and weights. Equipped with a double independent drive pre-stretch carriage and perfect control of film consumption, this technology guarantees reduced material and energy consumption.
Another proposal is the Combitech 5845, the shrink wrapping machine suitable for packaging various types of products. Precise and versatile, it offers practicality and safety of use to the operator, characteristics that determine its competitive advantage and strong production adaptability.
For stabilising particularly unstable loads, Robopac offers Masterwrap HD Plus XL, a semi-automatic wrapping machine with a rotating arm that ensures maximum protection of the package during transport.
Also on show will be an intelligent solution for closing and sealing packaging, Robotape M: a family of high-performance side-drive taping machines for closing fixed-format cartons.
Finally, the Rotoplat 308 LP, an automatic turntable for vertical wrapping of products with stretch film and a reduced thickness base. Thanks to the reduced dimensions of the new ramps, it is a space-saving solution: it facilitates loading operations and avoids accidental collisions with forklift forks.
