Behind the PNRR figures lies a strategic challenge: reducing the North-South gap in paper and cardboard separate collection whilst innovating the plant network. With 48 projects launched, the Plan is transforming resources into facilities and technologies, focusing particularly on the South, where the greatest growth potential and highest rate of uncollected paper and cardboard are concentrated.
