The FCA 140 Green Series, which will be showcased at SÜFFA in Stuttgart from September 28 to 30, demonstrates significant advancements in energy efficiency. This model features a 5% reduction in energy consumption during normal operation, a 7% reduction with intelligent lubrication, and a 9% reduction when operated with the IFC interface. Additionally, the FCA 140 GS stands out with its impressive speed of up to 156 cycles per minute for medium and large calibers. It also boasts minimal downtime for casing changes and maintenance, ensuring enhanced safety.
ES 6000 labeling system
The innovative ES 6000 labeling system, initially developed for the PDC and PDC-A series, excels in product labeling during ongoing production. It complies with EU directives (Food Information Regulation [LMIV] [EU] No. 1169/201) and is attached directly to the product in a tamper-proof manner during clipping – applicable for all plastic, fiber, collagen and natural casings.
The ES 6000 guarantees direct batch tracing by printing product-specific and current information on labels that resist rubbing and boiling. Customizable layouts, including company logos, barcodes, and QR codes, offer significant flexibility. Additionally, the system is cost-efficient, with a low cost per print and 5,000 labels per roll.
At this year's SÜFFA, the ES 6000 will be demonstrated alongside the PDC 700 semi-automatic double clipper, featuring a unique split magazine bar for ergonomic clip loading. This design enhances safety when setting the first clip with a two-handed operation.
Modular SCD 700 Single Clip Machine
The SCD 700 single-clip machine from Poly-clip System provides practical, hygienic, and secure packaging solutions. Ideal for tradespeople and businesses with smaller production volumes, it delivers user-friendly, semi-automatic operation. Poly-clip System prioritizes product safety, which is reflected in the advanced hygiene features of the SCD 700.
This pneumatically operated machine accommodates various packaging types, including plastic and natural casings up to 120 mm caliber. It also seals bags or nets using an individual clipping method, setting one clip at a time. The machine offers customizable settings such as clip pressure, sealing speed, and sealing force, ensuring precise and repeatable performance.
