The growing adoption of reuse systems in the fragrance industry is encouraging packaging manufacturers to develop solutions that combine sustainability, ease of use and premium aesthetics. Against this backdrop, Coverpla is strengthening its portfolio of refillable bottles, which now includes 19 references ranging from travel-size formats to 200 ml bottles. The expansion is part of the company's decarbonization strategy and is supported by partnerships across the entire value chain, from filling systems to refill packaging.
2026 launches
For 2026, Coverpla is introducing three new products. The first is Néo, a 50 ml refillable bottle featuring a cylindrical design, complemented by the FIT cap made of wood with a cork insert. Verdi, one of the company's bestselling models previously available in a 100 ml version with either a crimp or screw neck, is now also offered as a 50 ml refillable bottle. Laura, already available in conventional 50 ml and 100 ml versions, will also be launched in a 100 ml refillable format.
A complete solution for at-home refilling
To simplify at-home perfume refilling, Coverpla has integrated RT-Twist® technology developed by Techniplast. The system uses a connector that screws onto the bottle neck, allowing the fragrance to flow by gravity. Once the bottle reaches its filling level, the flow automatically stops, preventing spills and overflow.
Completing the offer is a selection of refill bottles chosen for their simple design and large capacity, including the Olympe bottle in a 200 ml format and Round B, available in 100 ml and 200 ml versions. The aim is to provide brands with a complete, ready-to-use refill solution that meets the growing demand for reusable packaging while helping reduce the environmental impact of fragrance packaging.
