The 2025 Edition of Ipack-Ima is Sold Out

With over 1,200 exhibitors - 30% of them international, representing 27 countries - Ipack-Ima has officially closed the sale of exhibition spaces. The focus now shifts to visitor promotion, with complimentary entry available throughout February.

The strong demand for exhibition spaces has made the 2025 edition of IPACK-IMA (Milan, 27-30 May) a hot topic, with a sold-out announcement more than three months ahead of the opening, leaving no doubt about the event’s strength and appeal as perceived by industry leaders.

"I am extremely proud to announce, well in advance, that exhibition spaces are completely sold out. We will showcase technologies from over 1,200 exhibitors, with 30% coming from 27 different countries - mainly the Netherlands, Turkey, China, France, and Germany",

said Simone Castelli, CEO of IPACK-IMA.

"We are now fully prepared to welcome top-tier exhibitors and visitors, for whom we have already launched tailored initiatives and special promotions. Our focus is on specialised buyers, with selected professionals from around 50 countries reinforcing the international nature of the event".

A Look at the Exhibition Sectors
The exhibition will span eight halls, structured around IPACK-IMA’s key target markets:

  • Halls 1 and 3 will focus on grain-based food, the long-standing flagship sector of the trade fair.
  • Halls 5 and 7 will showcase technologies and materials for general food.
  • Halls 6 and 10 will present end-of-line solutions applicable across all industries.
  • Hall 4 will be dedicated to the liquid food & beverage sector.
  • Hall 2 will cater to non-food industries, with a special focus on the Life Science sector.

Special Initiatives for Visitors
IPACK-IMA will feature the best solutions and materials for processing and packaging, with numerous world-class technological premieres. The event programme includes conferences and in-depth discussions on industry trends, starting with an international event dedicated to the pasta sector, the prestigious Worldstar Packaging Awards, and other soon-to-be-announced events.

Other key updates include the opening of ticket registration and free entry for those who pre-register in February. The same ticket will also grant access to Pharmintech by IPACK-IMA and other Innovation Alliance exhibitions, including GreenPlast, Print4All, and Intralogistica Italia.
