As the new year gets under way, it will soon be time for a third live streamed webinar organised as part of the programme of initiatives aimed at sector professionals in the run-up to GreenPlast 2022, the new exhibition-conference event dedicated to plastics and rubber and to processing technologies and applications for these materials, which is due to be held from 3 to 6 May 2022.
This third webinar, going out on 18 and 19 January 2022, is called “AreYouR: the green side of plastic materials” and it will see the participation of Filtec, Fimic, Gamma Meccanica and Tecnofer. The webinar will be in Italian on the first day and in English on the second, thereby repeating the formula used for the first two, during which some of the exhibitors offered their first insights into the key topics of the exhibition, and received excellent feedback. Indeed, over 500 registered participants from all over the world followed Tomra, Previero-Sorema and Bandera’s presentations on “The second life of PET” on 9 and 10 November, and the presentations on “Extrusion in plastic and rubber recycling processes” given by Icma San Giorgio, Maris and Bausano on 1 and 2 December.
Through this series of webinars, Promaplast, the organiser of GreenPlast, has created a sort of pathway leading up to the new exhibition-conference event, giving the exhibiting companies a chance to be heard and each time offering the audience an update on all the reasons why plastic and rubber can nowadays be considered sustainable materials.
