Saica Flex, the flexible packaging division of the Spanish Saica Group, will participate in the upcoming edition of Packaging Innovations & Empack at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, scheduled to take place from 12 to 13 February 2025. Saica will showcase recyclable materials and sustainable packaging solutions, in alignment with the principles of the circular economy. The company will present its Paperflex and its Designed for Recycling (DFR) solutions, alongside progress in reducing the use of virgin plastics, demonstrating the incorporation of Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials into its products.

The goal of making 100% of its products DFR by 2025 underscores the Spanish company’s dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility. DFR packaging is specifically designed to facilitate recycling, helping to reduce waste and promote a circular economy.
