Under the motto "You don't need much. Just the right thing". Robatech, a Swiss group with 670 employees in more than 80 countries, exhibits GreenSaver at interpack (Düsseldorf, 4-10 May, Hall 11 - Stand G70). The new service provides customers with a detailed overview of the measures that achieve the best savings effect in gluing processes.
Rising energy prices, increasing raw material shortages, and worrying supply bottlenecks are putting a strain on companies. With GreenSaver, users of adhesive application systems can have their savings potential determined in the areas of adhesive consumption, adhesive application, energy and compressed air consumption, workplace safety and system availability. After the on-site inspection, the 8-point inspection report provides a clear overview of effective levers for reducing costs and improving the sustainability balance.
Robatech also shows efficient components at the booth that enable reliable gluing of primary and secondary packaging and save resources at the same time. With 500 million and 1 billion operating cycles respectively, the SpeedStar Compact and Volta jetting heads are not only durable, but they also operate without compressed air. The high switching frequency of the electric application heads allows the use of hot melt stitching. This can reduce adhesive consumption by up to 40 %. In combination with the smart Vision melter and the fully insulated Performa heated hose, energy savings of up to 48% can be achieved compared to similar components in the same category.
Also on display at the booth is another new melter, which Robatech announces as small, simple, and reliable.
