With the extension of the Parade Label Pro label, Sappi operates in the market with a complete and sustainable offer of paper for wet glue labels.
The growing demand for Parade Label Pro brand products has led Sappi to increase its production, previously limited to the Austrian Gratkorn paper mill (80 and 90 g/sq.m. weights in reels and sheets), and to introduce new products to the range. The German Alfeld factory will be producing the new 100, 110 and 120 g/sq.m. formats, and will also be assigned with the production of 80 and 90g/m2 weights, but only in reels.
Specially designed for the production of premium labels, Parade Label Pro’s papers have excellent surface qualities and are suitable for offset or flexographic printing procedures, finishing with hot lamination or dry embossing.
Besides excellent machinability, the double-coated glossy paper ensures excellent printing results, maximum brilliance and colour reproducibility. The solution is suitable for numerous applications such as disposable bottles, containers for food and non-food products, chocolate bar wrappers and much else besides.
